Non-Financial Services
Our office is open to everyone, regardless of zip code, for non-financial services on Mondays 10am-2pm and Thursdays 10am-6pm. Final shopping time of the day is 30 minutes before closing on Monday and Thursday. No pets allowed, service animals only. If you have an animal, please bring someone who can sit with them while you shop.
Non-financial clients are eligible to come in once every thirty days. Appointments are encouraged; you can call us at 206-282-1540 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
When you come in to shop, we are able to provide (subject to availability):

6 men’s clothing items OR 15 women’s clothing items

Up to 8 hygiene items (such as soap, toothbrushes, etc)

Bus tickets for King County Metro (amount depending on availability)

1 food bag containing about one-day’s worth of shelf-stable food for either an individual or a small family (if you have access to a kitchen) OR a few individually-packaged food items (if you do not have access to a kitchen)
